Mother Rubber Art Stamps was founded in 2004 by Dawn Shepherd, in Bothell, Washington. It was born out of a desire to make the funky artsy rubber stamp designs she loved to buy from her local stamp store. The owner of that store was happy to share his knowledge and taught Dawn the basics and got her started in the rubber art stamp business. Mother Rubber Art Stamps is still going strong 20 years later!
